BUSHWICK - A desperate search is under way for missing a 29-year-old man who is deaf and mute.
Kenis Rodriguez’s family has been canvassing their Bushwick neighborhood with missing persons fliers hoping someone will recognize him and call the police or bring him home.
The family says Rodriguez does not know how to communicate but has a state ID on him that contains his age, address and phone number.
